Agreement

These terms govern your use of PlanIT, a planner published by Simon Williams (vibedsolutions) in Germany.

PlanIT runs on technology supplied by xAI. By using the published app you also accept xAI’s Consumer Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, as they apply to the hosting platform.

The service

PlanIT lets you keep plans, goals, to-dos, friends, and templates. Some features need an account (email, Google, or X).

Email sign-up is only finished after you confirm the address with the link we send. Until then the planner stays closed for that account. Google and X sign-in are confirmed by those services.

The app is provided as-is, without a paid SLA. Features may change as we build in public.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account, your plans, and anything you share with friends or publish from the app.

One-off schedule days older than 7 days are deleted from the app and the cloud. Repeating plans keep running until they finish or you delete them.

Do not use PlanIT to break the law, harass others, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or close an account if these terms, xAI’s Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law are violated. If we close it, we email the address on file to confirm that personal data has been deleted.

No warranty

PlanIT is offered without warranties of any kind, to the extent German law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that cloud copies will never be lost.

xAI provides hosting tools and is not responsible for PlanIT’s content or your data, except as set out in xAI’s own terms.

Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protections still apply. The courts of Germany have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
